Предисловие
Используя Сайт или создавая учётную запись, Вы соглашаетесь соблюдать настоящие Условия использования, Политику идентификации клиентов и правила касательно игр, бонусов и акций. Если Вы не согласны — не создавайте аккаунт и прекратите использование Сайта.
Основные определения: «Компания» — владелец Сайта; «Игрок» — зарегистрированный пользователь; «Игровой аккаунт» — личная учётная запись на Игровой платформе; «Регулирующий орган» — Центральное правительство Нидерландских Антильских островов; «Программное обеспечение» — лицензионное ПО для участия в Играх.
1. Общие положения
Условия вступают в силу с момента регистрации. Компания вправе изменять Условия в любое время; изменения вступают в силу после одобрения Регулирующим органом и размещения на Сайте. Продолжение использования Сайта означает согласие с изменениями. При расхождениях между языковыми версиями превалирует английская версия.
Компания работает по лицензии Кюрасао и вправе передать Соглашение аффилированным компаниям, а также привлекать третьих лиц для выполнения обязательств.
2. Регистрация и идентификация
Для участия в играх необходима регистрация. Регистрация только лично; нельзя регистрировать аккаунт для другого лица. Компания вправе запросить: удостоверение личности, подтверждение адреса и подтверждение платёжного средства. Непредоставление документов может привести к приостановке аккаунта.
Возраст: только лица от 18 лет (или совершеннолетия по законам юрисдикции). Компания не разрешает игру из стран, где онлайн-гемблинг запрещён.
Мультиаккаунты: строго запрещены. Компания вправе закрыть все дублирующие аккаунты и отменить транзакции. Запрещены одинаковые ставки от членов одной семьи.
Верификация вывода: если после запроса на вывод Вы не предоставите запрошенную информацию в течение 48 часов — средства замораживаются. Если в течение 14 дней информация не поступит — средства списываются без возврата.
Ложная информация: приводит к немедленной приостановке аккаунта и заморозке баланса.
Сотрудники: сотрудники Компании, их родственники и лица с доступом к внутренней информации не имеют права играть на Сайте.
3. Платежи и финансы
Способы оплаты: кредитные/дебетовые карты, электронный перевод, банковский перевод, электронные кошельки. Лимит депозита — 5 000 евро на транзакцию. Комиссия за депозит — 0.
Средства доступны в течение 24 часов после получения (без учёта времени обработки банком). Перевод между аккаунтами игроков невозможен. Проценты на баланс не начисляются. Все платежи — в валюте аккаунта и только с платёжных средств на имя Игрока.
AML: все транзакции проверяются на отмывание денег. При подозрениях Компания сообщает в соответствующие органы и вправе закрыть аккаунт.
Бонусы: имеют статус подарка, не снимаются напрямую, используются для ставок. Одним депозитом активируется один бонус. Отыгрыш определяется вейджером (например, x20 от суммы бонуса). Есть ограничение максимальной суммы перевода с бонусного на основной счёт.
4. Вывод средств
Вывод обрабатывается в течение 14 рабочих дней (цель — 3 дня после верификации). Вывод только на имя владельца аккаунта, предпочтительно тем же способом, что и депозит. Административный сбор 10% применяется к суммам, не отыгранным минимум x2.
Вывод с бонусного баланса невозможен — только после отыгрыша и перевода на основной счёт.
5. Неактивные счета и закрытие
Неактивность: если нет входа в аккаунт 90 дней, взимается ежемесячный сбор 25% от баланса до обнуления или возобновления активности.
Закрытие: Игрок вправе закрыть аккаунт по email. Компания вправе расторгнуть Соглашение с уведомлением. При аннулировании за мошенничество баланс считается потерянным.
6. Защита данных и конфиденциальность
Компания обрабатывает персональные данные в соответствии с законами Кюрасао. Данные не продаются третьим лицам, но могут передаваться финансовым агентам для обработки платежей. Всё использование Сайта, переписка и звонки записываются. Игрок обязан своевременно обновлять свои данные.
Пароль: строго конфиденциален. Компания не несёт ответственности за несанкционированный доступ третьих лиц к аккаунту.
7. Правила игры
Использование ботов, ИИ и мошеннического ПО строго запрещено. Компания вправе сканировать запущенные программы на компьютере Игрока. Все действия выполняются Игроком лично через интерфейс.
Результаты определяются генератором случайных чисел (TRNG). При расхождении результат сервера имеет приоритет. Результат завершённой игры не может быть изменён. Записи Компании являются окончательным доказательством.
Отмена ставок: Компания вправе отменить ставки при технических ошибках, ограничить или отклонить ставки по своему усмотрению.
Прерванные игры: при сбое связи Игрок может возобновить игру; при сбое системы Лицензиата — ставка возвращается.
8. Жалобы
Жалобы подаются по email/телефону из раздела «Контакты». Срок рассмотрения — до 14 рабочих дней. Жалобы, поданные позднее 7 дней после транзакции, не принимаются. При неудовлетворённости — обращение в Curaçao eGaming (complaints@curacao-egaming.com).
9. Отказ от ответственности
Сайт и Услуги предоставляются «как есть» без гарантий. Компания не несёт ответственности за: форс-мажоры, технические сбои, действия третьих лиц, потерю данных, прямые/косвенные убытки, упущенную выгоду. Прибыль, полученная из-за неисправности, подлежит возврату Компании.
Игрок использует Сервис добровольно, на свой риск. Игрок обязуется возместить Компании убытки от нарушения Соглашения. При нарушении Компания вправе заблокировать аккаунт, списать компенсацию и запретить доступ к Сайту.
10. Прочие положения
Интеллектуальная собственность: контент Сайта и ПО защищены. Копирование, декомпиляция и реверс-инжиниринг запрещены. Лицензия на ПО — личная, неисключительная, непередаваемая.
Маркетинг: при выигрыше от 3 000 евро Игрок может дать согласие на использование имени/фото в рекламе.
Чат: записывается; оскорбления, сговор, реклама запрещены; нарушение влечёт предупреждение или исключение.
Применимое право: законы Кюрасао. Споры разрешаются арбитражем в Кюрасао.
Ответственная игра: Компания поддерживает ответственные ставки и осведомлённость о проблемах азартных игр.
Несовершеннолетние: использование Сайта лицами младше 18 лет запрещено.
Terms of Use
Preamble
By using the Website or creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, the Client Identification Policy, and the rules regarding games, bonuses, and promotions. If you do not agree, do not create an account and stop using the Website.
Key definitions: "Company" — the owner of the Website; "Player" — a registered user; "Gaming Account" — a personal account on the Gaming Platform; "Regulatory Authority" — the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles; "Software" — licensed software for participating in Games.
1. General Provisions
The Terms take effect from the moment of registration. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time; amendments take effect after approval by the Regulatory Authority and publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the changes. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
The Company operates under a Curaçao license and may transfer the Agreement to affiliated companies, as well as engage third parties to fulfill its obligations.
2. Registration and Identification
Registration is required to participate in games. Registration must be done personally; you may not register an account on behalf of another person. The Company may request: proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension.
Age: only persons aged 18 or older (or the age of majority under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction). The Company does not permit play from countries where online gambling is prohibited.
Multiple accounts: strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and reverse transactions. Identical bets from members of the same household are prohibited.
Withdrawal verification: if you fail to provide the requested information within 48 hours after a withdrawal request, the funds will be frozen. If no information is received within 14 days, the funds will be forfeited without refund.
False information: results in immediate account suspension and balance freeze.
Employees: employees of the Company, their relatives, and persons with access to internal information are not permitted to play on the Website.
3. Payments and Finance
Payment methods: credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, bank transfers, e-wallets. Deposit limit — €5,000 per transaction. Deposit fee — 0.
Funds are available within 24 hours of receipt (excluding bank processing time). Transfers between player accounts are not possible. No interest is accrued on balances. All payments must be in the account currency and made only from payment methods registered in the Player's name.
AML: all transactions are checked for money laundering. In case of suspicion, the Company reports to the relevant authorities and reserves the right to close the account.
Bonuses: are treated as gifts, cannot be withdrawn directly, and are used for wagering. One deposit activates one bonus. Wagering requirements are determined by the wager (e.g., x20 of the bonus amount). There is a cap on the maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus to the main balance.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed within 14 business days (target — 3 days after verification). Withdrawals are made only in the name of the account holder, preferably using the same method as the deposit. An administrative fee of 10% applies to amounts not wagered at least x2.
Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible — only after wagering requirements are met and the funds are transferred to the main balance.
5. Inactive Accounts and Closure
Inactivity: if there is no login to the account for 90 days, a monthly fee of 25% of the balance is charged until the balance is depleted or activity resumes.
Closure: the Player may close the account via email. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with notice. In case of cancellation due to fraud, the balance is considered forfeited.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
The Company processes personal data in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Data is not sold to third parties but may be shared with financial agents for payment processing. All use of the Website, correspondence, and calls are recorded. The Player is obligated to update their data in a timely manner.
Password: strictly confidential. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access to the account by third parties.
7. Game Rules
The use of bots, AI, and fraudulent software is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to scan running programs on the Player's computer. All actions must be performed by the Player personally through the interface.
Results are determined by a true random number generator (TRNG). In case of discrepancy, the server result takes precedence. The result of a completed game cannot be changed. The Company's records constitute the final evidence.
Bet cancellation: the Company reserves the right to cancel bets in case of technical errors, and to limit or reject bets at its discretion.
Interrupted games: in case of a connection failure, the Player may resume the game; in case of a Licensee's system failure, the bet is refunded.
8. Complaints
Complaints are submitted by email/phone from the "Contacts" section. Review period — up to 14 business days. Complaints filed later than 7 days after the transaction are not accepted. If unsatisfied, the Player may contact Curaçao eGaming (complaints@curacao-egaming.com).
9. Disclaimer
The Website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties. The Company is not liable for: force majeure, technical failures, actions of third parties, data loss, direct/indirect damages, or lost profits. Profits obtained due to a malfunction are subject to return to the Company.
The Player uses the Service voluntarily, at their own risk. The Player undertakes to compensate the Company for losses resulting from breach of the Agreement. In case of violation, the Company reserves the right to block the account, deduct compensation, and deny access to the Website.
10. Miscellaneous
Intellectual property: the content of the Website and Software are protected. Copying, decompilation, and reverse engineering are prohibited. The Software license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
Marketing: for winnings of €3,000 or more, the Player may consent to the use of their name/photo in advertising.
Chat: is recorded; insults, collusion, and advertising are prohibited; violations result in a warning or exclusion.
Applicable law: the laws of Curaçao. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Curaçao.
Responsible gaming: the Company supports responsible betting and awareness of gambling-related issues.
Minors: use of the Website by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
